Protect your order for just a small fee and gain peace of mind against loss, damage, or issues during shipping.

If your order arrives damaged, is lost in transit, or you receive the wrong item, Package Protection covers you for a replacement:

• Damaged items: we'll resend the damaged part of your order (e.g., a damaged chain or box).
• Wrong item received: please provide a photo or video of the product and packaging you received so we can process your replacement quickly.
• Lost in transit: if your package hasn't arrived within a reasonable timeframe, we'll help track it down or arrange a replacement.
